 Unable to Log

I double click the ShoesMS.exe icon but it keeps saying Unable to connect to the server...
I tried to re-install ShoesMS.exe but it didnt fixed the problem.(I tried to connect 3 times around 4:55Am)
(I'm also worried about that patch we had to download yesterday O_o)
